Hello! We are Dr Yasmin Anaboussi and Lakshmi Rao, co-founders of L&Y Dental, a fully private Invisalign provider based in Northwood.
When we started our project, we had a dream of developing a dental care centre where patients are the number one priority. We achieve this by providing all kinds of dental services maintaining the community ethos and providing the facilities of various payment options for patients so they can afford high-quality dental treatments.
Four pillars that make us different from other practices:
1) We invest in time and technology for patients and our team (we never rush!)
2) We have processes and protocols in place so all the patients get the same "L&Y dental Experience!”
3) We provide all the treatments under the same roof (no more referrals and waiting lists!)
4) We are making our steps to become sustainable clinics.

Dr. Yasmin Anaboussi finished her studies in Dentistry at the International University of Catalonia (Barcelona) in 2014. She started her career working in an implant centre as a restorative dentist and doing several Cosmetic Dentistry courses (2014, 2015, 2018, 2020) with the most prestigious cosmetic dentists in the world. In 2016, Dr Yasmin did a one-year post-graduate course in Occlusion, TMJ and restorations over teeth and implants. Dr Yasmin also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Implants, Periodontics and Oral surgery by the University Autonoma de Barcelona (2018) and is an Invisalign Go provider.
Having studied so many courses and focusing her career in full mouth restorations and cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Anaboussi is capable and confident in diagnosing full cases in a single visit including implants and/or very complex cases.
Dr. Yasmin started working as an Aesthetic Practitioner in 2014 and continued her studies at the International Cosmetic Training Academy Derma Medical (Harley Street).
After several years of working as a Dentist and a Clinical Director in London (Harley Street and West London), Barcelona and Madrid for different international Dental groups, Dr. Anaboussi brings her expertise to her own practice in Northwood which she co-owns with Lakshmi Rao, Operations Director.
Dr Yasmin is member of the British Dental Association, The private dentistry association, General Dental Council and the Catalan Council of Dentists.
Lakshmi Rao

Lakshmi obtained an undergraduate degree in Computer Science in 2002. Following this, she furthered her education and obtained a Masters in International Management from King’s College, London in 2003.
She began her career in Human Resources, as she had a keen interest in both human and organisational behaviour. Further to this, she worked in various corporates including financial institutions in the city of London. She has worked as Head of HR and Operations Director for several Dental Groups.
Lakshmi holds level 7 CIPD Diploma in Human Resources Management and an Emotional Capital Report certification. This skill enables Lakshmi to seamlessly understand and develop leadership capabilities using emotional intelligence.
Having gained experience in both the patient journey and non-clinical aspects of Dentistry, Lakshmi along with Dr. Yasmin have brought bespoke Dentistry to the heart of Northwood through L&Y Dental.
Lakshmi is the Treatment Co-ordinator at L&Y Dental, making it her mission to make sure every single patients journey is uniquely tailored to their needs.
