Markus Sebastian and Sreelakshmi Kolli joined us from Align Technology to present just how Align is continuing to open up new opportunities for Invisalign doctors. MiSmile is Align’s most digital group, and with new innovations in iTero and Smile Architect, the time to convert more patients to Invisalign than ever before is now.

The ever-engaging Shaz Memon joined us just after lunch to lead a brilliant session that dispelled influencer myths, and gave no-nonsense, hands-on advice on how you can build your personal brand (without falling into the “w**ker quadrant”)!

For our Clinical breakout room, Dr Mark Hughes joined us to show exactly how you can use Align’s latest digital ortho-restorative innovations to maximise your workflow and patient experience - and how to use this in-face visualisation to convert more patients to Invisalign treatment.
Open Day & patient experience workshop
Lucy Patel
The inspirational Lucy Patel led our practice team breakout room, with a session on how to make every day an Open Day in your practice. This was chock-full of practical tips and information on how to ensure your Invialign consultations are fully-booked, and patients always have the best experience - so they just can’t say no to treatment with you!
Mastering your Invisalign Business Podcast LIVE
Dr Sandeep Kumar
Next, Sandeep was joined on stage by special guests Andy Acton, Justin Leigh, Dr Sam Hainsworth, and Laura Johnson for a LIVE recording of the Mastering your Invisalign Business Podcast. Sandeep grilled his guests on everything Invisalign - from putting the hard work in, to having faith in yourself to convert more leads.
MiSmile Community - what’s next?
Cat McLennan, Fiona Harrison & Charlie Sandhu
We rounded up the day with a HUGE MiSmile Network announcement - the next steps for the MiSmile Community. You’ve asked for MiSmile to give you more, and we’ve listened. We’re introducing a Community League Table, win sharing, MiSmile Meetups, and the MiSmile Mentorship Programme.
MiSmile Community Awards & Gala
Our amazing Conference was topped off by an enthralling Community Awards & Gala, in aid of Operation Smile.
We were delighted to present a cheque for £203,734 to Operation Smile! We could not have raised this amount without the support of you, our MiSmilers. Thank you, you have helped change the lives of 1,358 children, who would otherwise have their quality of life drastically altered by debilitating cleft conditions.
We’re still counting the additional donations the Gala raised - an additional thank you to everyone who attended, bought raffle tickets, and played our charity casino tables.
The biggest hits of the night included the amazing Singing Waiters and our 360 camera, before we topped off the night with our MiSmile Community Awards!
