Her latest investment is the new 3D iTero digital scanner, no need for impressions anymore. She can scan your teeth to create a digital model of your teeth and can also provide a Invisalign simulation of your Invisalign treatment.
Erika has helped thousands of patients achieve their perfect natural smile with the experience gained over 27 years, achieving amazing results for each and every patient. Erika has built a reputation for excellent standards of care. Erika is committed to providing minimal invasive dentistry with the iTero scanner and composite bonding. Erika is committed to continuous education, training and development, to ensure the patient’s treatment journey is more effective and easier.
When Erika does manage to tear herself away from work and professional duties, she loves to go skiing and read a good book. Erika is an enthusiastic Saracens rugby supporter.

Dr Simon Lam qualified in 1984 at the University of Dundee. With 34 years of experience working in Hertfordshire, patients can experience first-class dentistry with Dr Simon Lam. His relaxed and informal approach immediately puts all his patients at ease.
Dr Lam has undertaken extensive postgraduate training, both in the fields of cosmetic dentistry and facial rejuvenation.
The present practice is the fourth dental practice Dr Lam has set up in Hertfordshire. All the practices are in villages that have never had a dental practice before. It is certainly a concept that is unique in Hertfordshire.
Dr Lam was also made aware by one of his patients of the total lack of dental care to children living in the slums outside Calcutta in India. Having raised enough funds from patients and friends, Dr Lam has organised three separate trips to India since 2006. With the help of his dental nurses, they treated 1200 children and carried out much restorative work for them.
In 2006, Dr Lam was honoured by the Rotarians in UK and was named a ‘Paul Harris Fellow’, the highest recognition Rotarians can give to an individual within the Rotary movement.
In the last five years, Dr Lam has also been involved in training students who will be working in remote places on providing emergency dental care where there may not be a dentist nearby.

Sneha graduated in 2018 from University of Bristol with a Bachelor’s in Dental Surgery, She also received a Restorative Dentistry Award. She has a relaxed and calm approach and allow time to explain all treatment options in detail, ensuring her patients leave well informed and confident.
Sneha is passionate about aesthetic dentistry, providing Invisalign, composite bonding and anti-ageing/wrinkle treatments, striving to giving her patients a beautifully smile.

Ann is passionate about prevention of gum disease and dental health care. She graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 1982 with CEB Cert in Dental Hygiene with 31 years of experience.
She has a calm and relaxed approach to ensure patients feel at ease and regain their confidence visiting the hygienist.
