By participating in the Prize Draw Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

Eligibility: The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees and the immediate families of the promoter, participating retailers and their agents, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter this promotion. To qualify for entry into the draw, entrants must enquire to book an Invisalign consultation online at www.mismile.co.uk with one of the participating practices and attend the consultation.

Only online consultation enquiry bookings made at www.mismile.co.uk qualify.

All qualifying entries will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw.

The Promotion consists of one Prize Draw session.

The date of the consultation enquiry will determine entry to the prize draw, with only those made between 00:01 hrs Tuesday 01st February and 23:59 hrs Monday 28th February being entered.

The Draw: The Prize Draw will take place in March 2022 following the closure of the entry session and processing of entrants.

Winner Selection: At the Prize Draw, a winner will be selected under independent supervision using a computer system producing random verifiable results.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified within 72 hours of the draw date via e-mail or phone call to the email address or phone number supplied at point of enquiry. Following that, the winner has 72 hours in which to claim the prize and supply all relevant details. Once all relevant details are supplied the prize will be dispatched within 1 week via recorded delivery. If the prize is not claimed within this time, then the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner in accordance with these rules.

General Points: No cash alternative is available in whole or in part except, in the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prize alternatives of equal or greater value or replace the prize with an alternative of an Amazon gift voucher for the equivalent value of the specified prize. The Promoter will not be liable for any cancellations, alterations or modifications to the promotion as detailed above or the prize for any reason which falls outside its reasonable control. The prize cannot be sold or transferred. The prize will be delivered directly to the winner.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these terms & conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms & conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

Full names of the winners will be available on request for a period of 3 months following the closing date of the Prize Draw by sending a self-addressed envelope to: Sam Morgan, MiSmile Network, Burlington Court, New St, Birmingham B2 4JD. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to your data being handled in this manner. Your data will not be used for any other purpose unless you have given express permission.

The Promoter's decision is final regarding the selection of the winner and no correspondence in respect thereof will be entered into.

Entries that do not comply with these terms & conditions, or where entrants are found to be abusing the promotion in any way, will result in the disqualification of all relevant entries.

Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
