We’re thrilled to announce that Dr. Oliver Smart, Clinical Director at MiSmile, has been recognised for his excellence in Invisalign at the Aesthetic Dentistry Awards 2016.
Oliver was awarded Highly Commended status in the awards category, ‘Orthodontics - Invisalign’. The category is highly competitive and required Oliver to demonstrate his skills and use of Invisalign.
After submitting his case study in time for the December 2015 deadline, there was a nervous wait for Oliver to see how his Invisalign work would rank when compared to his competitors. The wait was not fruitless however, as Oliver was recognised for his work in front of the judges and his peers at the award ceremony in March.
Recognition for orthodontic excellence
The award ceremony was held on Friday 18th March 2016 at The Landmark Hotel in Marylebone, London. The black tie event is highly regarded and prestigious within the aesthetic dentistry community.
Oliver’s award is now on-display to his patients so they can see just how talented their Invisalign dentist is.

Dr. Oliver Smart studied in Liverpool and graduated in 2003 as a Bachelor in Dental Surgery (BDS). He is an expert in treating patients with Invisalign, after working with the treatment for many years.
